Humans are social animals and tend to exist with atleast some sort of interaction between each other but sometimes, situations and conditions specially in this 21st century, where people are not sought after freedom in any shape or form but are fighting for freedom from their lives that have become mundane, the Prussian schooling system keeps on producing millions of employees since the age of industrialization and only a few risk it out of the matrix to exist as sole identities and live of their own produce, basically being in a business, people are insecure and follow the crowd in this age, the wars of the past were between countries but here the wars are amidst the minds of these people who are still looking for a concrete purpose on which they can live off of.

This blog is about being alone and how it affects a person, socially, mentally, physically and in any other -ally way, we notice depression and psychology and psychiatrist professions booming more than ever now in this century, in this new age, people are alone, exhausted, tired, sad to be put frankly.

Its due to multiple factors that I cannot even fathom divulge in this article due to the sheer amount ,one big reason that has motivated humans in profound ways, both positively and negatively is the value for things, the priorities, and the sole reason for existence entirely-money. In today's world, it's the top priority, people would literally kill for money, but this money they'll use to feed their hungry children at home, in a state of deseperation humans commit vile actions to provide for themselves and/or families, the state of a humans mind in this age is complicated and irreversible when it reaches the state of no return.

This state of no return is when a person becomes addicted to being alone, does not yearn for human interaction, or is not entertained by human interaction, they start becoming emotionally unavailable and aren't really sure of why or what caused them to be because this is their new normal, the person themselves does not realize how big of a change they've made in their lives, socially they grow bored, uninterested of any sort of interaction and quite often pretend to appear interested and involved in the conversation but unfortunately aren't at all present, this also leads to a lot of boiling superficial scenarios built up inside of them, be it positive or negative it's not healthy to hold them.

emotionally they lose any sanity of it whatsoever, men become so emotionally unavailable that its difficult for them to cry even in this age where this is no post traumatic disorder from war flashbacks or bombshell sounds, they simply aren't able to feel the tethered connection to crucial moments of their life, they dont feel sad to lose a loved one, or the extreme happiness to see a loved one, losing this touch of emotional sanity is a very heavy blow because it creates self doubt situations, such as:

When you see a loved one after a long gap and aren't as happy as you should have been and you ask yourself "why is it so that I find myself not happy/excited to see them after so long?"

This is just a small example. but there are even more complicated situations than these that leave the entity in a complex state of guilt, self-doubt, being alone is much more than just being alone.

Not only mentally and socially we notice changes, if observed closely you'll notice changes in their physical appearance as well, eating habits, sleep patterns, overall physique, there is significant effect on confidence due to a drastic change in physical appearance and leads to even less interactive power, they tend to sleep a lot, are lethargic a lot of the time and their eating habits can be of two extremes, either very low or a lot because some use it as a coping mechanism, because being alone is also the gateway to a famous condition called depression, people many times used food as a coping mechanism and eat a lot and the inverse is possible too.

It's a very dangerous state for a human to be in and it leads to multiple disorders and conditions, people don't sleep much so they develop insomnia, malnutrion,ADHD,there are cases where total shut-ins develop schizophrenia, they are prone to depression and countless mental health related cases, so keep talking my fellow apes :)

(This is just an opinionated article,so some information might differ from actual facts)
